I am attaching a file titled ” full details” I roughly wrote everything about myself and my journey and also within the same file I also listed what universities want in their personal statement. please eliminate any background noise and unwanted stuff that doesn’t fit in the story and make it interesting to read.
A 25-year-old male was referred for further testing following a diagnosis of kidney disease
and hypertension. The results indicated that he had primary Antiphospholipid syndrome
(APS). Can you discuss the pathophysiology of the disease and discuss the diagnostic
laboratory assays used to confirm the disease. Provide an algorithm to show how you would
reach the differential diagnosis
Your title should be informative and concise
Lay summary (10%) FUTURE TENSE
This section should provide a general overview of the background of your project. The purpose is to provide a general reader (i.e. someone without a scientific background, with the purpose of your project). You should try and make this as accessible as possible by avoiding complex scientific terminology or references to literature. Background (30%) PRESENT TENSE
This section should provide a general overview of the background of your project. The lay summary is for general readers while this section is for readers with a background in your subject area. Within the background should provide a clear, detailed overview of the literature in this area. This section should be fully referenced and should lead up to a clearly stated aim and hypothesis.- Cystic Fibrosis
– Main cause of morbidity and mortality – chronic infections etc
– lung microbiome differences in general / based on sex
– speak about current study ( see cuthbertson paper)
investigating lung infections between genders – what the dissertation will be aboutetc etc ….(every point should be asked with reasoning and referencing)Methods (30%)
This section should provide a clear, detailed and full account of the proposed methodology of your project. This should also include how any ethical and health and safety issues will be overcome. A plan of what statistical analysis you will perform on the data you will gather should be included at the end of the section.- retrospective study as study already completed (cuthbertson paper)
we are just going to describe how we will analyse data
– describe patient group and data – studying to look into…
– No patient identifiers – all been removed
– talk about approaches will be used to investigate it
– statistical analysis :
multi various statistical approaches
look at diversity – FISH kristkal analysis
– fishers indexetc etc ….Key outcomes and impact (15%)
This section should outline the key outcomes of your proposed research project i.e. what will be the main points of interest from this research project. In addition, you should highlight what impact the results of this project will have in terms of generating new intellectual property, products or services as well as the effect that your research may have to the general public.Milestones (10%)
This section should provide a timeline of when the main milestones of your research project will be completed.
GANT CHART TIMELINEReferencing and layout (5%)
Referencing should be included using the Harvard format. You should format the layout of your work/document to make the proposal easy to read and understand.———————————————————————————————————- what. is CF and CF lung infection

AbstractIntroduction: must include:
the given experimental questions and the generated null & alternative hypotheses clearly and correctly stated. Convey to the reader the purpose of experiment & include a brief summary of known facts and background information (with citations from peer reviewed sources)MethodsResults: must include:- boxplots of bacterial colony growth for each growth media type (plate type). All groups’ plots must be reported on the same graph!
– a single table reporting each groups’ calculated transformation efficiency for ALL MEDIA TYPES where transformation occurred
– a series of appropriate t-tests addressing the experimental question “”How does growth media (plate type) affect the growth of bacterial colonies?”DiscussionConclusion
This is the revised writing assignment where you just follow up the feedback given and make the revision. I have uploaded the assignment that was submitted and screenshots of the feedback. Please follow the feedback carefully. Also, I have uploaded the instructions for the initial assignment and the revised assignment instructions. Finally, I have uploaded the article for this assignment. Please follow the instructions and feedback carefully. One last feedback is:I think you have a good idea of what is happening in the paper but were a bit short on the details here. Try to go back and give as much detail as you can about the experiments you are summarizing, the questions you want to answer, etc. Make sure you answer all of the points and guidelines.
This is a lab workbook complete each section I will upload the results from each sections. For the second practical include 5 separate graphs, read through the questions it will show you which graphs to complete. For the 3rd practical (which is part completed) great two graphs one for the examples (Hand drawn) the second is on excel. I will keep you updated with the results and what types of graphs need doing. I haven’t uploaded the results for the technique 4 and 5
the sequence of the putative multimer resolution site for your project, as discussed in our last meeting. Its ID is NC_019221.1, and it was originally identified in the Rahnella aquatilis plasmid pHW4594.
This assignment is a set of 6 questions with a word limit of 2600 for the entire assignment. Half of the questions require shorter answers than others. This will require doing some article searches and reading. Please include at least 3-4 references per question (scientific articles are the preferred source). Please be specific about the mechanism involved in various biological processes, read the question carefully and answer thoroughly.
I want a summary of this article but must be include these 3 components which are introduction, body and discussion!
Introduction is the background information before the study which is half is in the abstract and the rest is in the 2 paragraphs.Body paragraphs are each figure which are 4 figures so it should be 4 different body paragraphs. In this format for each body paragraph, start off with the technique being used. Next, put the results of the experiments. Finally, you end each body paragraph off with a conclusion of what was concluded by the results.Discussion contains 2 parts. The first half is the summary of the results. what the results mean. The second half of the discussion is what was concluded by the paper. The discussion if you read the paper comes from the very last paragraph of the paper!
Please no quoting from the article at all and follow the rubric
Thanks ?? much appreciated
