A fundamental purpose of classroom observation is to improve student outcomes by improving the instructional delivery of teachers. During formal classroom observations and walkthroughs, school leaders learn about the needs of teachers and students alike. After viewing the video linked below, in 500 words or less, provide written feedback to the teacher by selecting 3 criteria from DPAS II Component 3 as a focus. One criterion must focus on a strength of the teacher while the second and third criteria must focus on growth opportunities for the teacher.
